We are currently seeking a Real Estate Assistant to fill the lead administrative & marketing position. This individual will report directly to the Team Leader. He/she will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for a team of sales agents as well as manage the marketing of properties.  Ideal candidates must have some real estate experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintains files and databases
    Provides administrative assistance and support to team of agents
    • Prepares reports, listing presentations, CMA’s and flyers
    • Monitors office operations
    • Monitors activity and posting content on social media channels
    • Assists in managing the design and production process for all brochures, flyers and literature
    Coordinate Trade Shows and Event planning
Updating presentations and communicating with external creative service providers
Required Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent oral and email communication skills
• Knowledge of Top Producer & MLS
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Organized and detail oriented
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
