Overall Job Summary

Highly productive reo real estate team is currently seeking a reo listing manager.  He/she will be responsible for completing bpo’s, monthly marketing reports, co-ordinating vendor repairs, and obtaining outstanding HOA information.  Candidate will report directly to the REO Team  Manager.  Ideal candidate must be a go getter who is highly responsible and work with little supervision, have great communication, phone and internet skills, organized, detail oriented, and tenacious.  Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing Broker Price Opinions on assigned property as per clients matrix

• Obtain Bids and Schedule inspections and repairs

• Negotiate Cash For Keys offers

• Obtain outstanding HOA information

• Obtain outstanding liens and violations

  Required Skills and Knowledge

• Valid Real Estate License
• Prior BPO Experience
• Computer and internet savy
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be inquisitive

• Ability to work on tasks and well under pressure
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised

Additional Information

Competitive compensation plan is commission based. Ability to earn in excess of $50K first year.
