Online Marketing & Social Media Assistant
Overall Job Summary
Highly productive real estate team is currently seeking an internet and social media marketing specialist . He/she will be responsible for uploading, maintaining and enhancing multiple websites, follow up campaigns, manage all social media efforts as well as create and post videos. Candidate will report directly to the Office Manager. Ideal candidates must have complete knowlege of all facets of online Marketing. Some real estate experience a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage Online Marketing Presense
Prepare presentations and packages
Coordinate and execute monthly marketing plans
Management of Social Media Sites
Required Skills and Knowledge
Marketing Skills both online and off
In depth Social Media knowledge
Excellent listening, verbal and email communication skills
Ability to learn and think quickly and be inquisitive
Must have high energy, drive, and commitment
Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
