Overall Job Summary
Highly productive real estate team is currently seeking a short sale processor. He/she will be responsible for processing and following up on short sale transactions. Candidate will report directly to the Listing Manager. Ideal candidate must be a go getter who is highly responsible and work with little supervision, have great communication, phone and internet skills, organized, detail oriented, and tenacious. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare short sale packages
• Perform weekly follow up calls to lenders, clients and realtors
• Create and enhance current communication systems
Required Skills and Knowledge
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and negotiations
• Understanding of Short Sales
• Basic Computer and internet knowledge
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be inquisitive
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
