Marketing Assistant Position Available
Overall Job Summary
Highly productive real estate team is currently seeking a listing and marketing specialist . He/she will be responsible for uploading mls information, maintaining & enhancing of websites, management of social media efforts as well as handing the incoming calls. Candidate will report directly to the Office Manager. Ideal candidates must have some real estate experience as well as customer service and data entry skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage MLS and internet entry
• Prepare presentations and packages
• Coordinate and execute monthly marketing plans
• Ability to handle phone and internet enquires
• Management of Social Media Sites
Required Skills and Knowledge
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
• Marketing Skills both online and off
• Social Media knowledge
• Excellent listening, verbal and email communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be inquisitive
• Must have high energy, drive, and commitment
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
Additional Information
This position involves a professional dress code and a 40 hour work week. Competitive compensation plan.
