Closing Co-coordinator Position Offered
Overall Job Summary
The Tello Team is currently seeking a Licensed Realtor to fill a Closing Co-coordinator position. He/she will be responsible for setting up closing files, entering transactions in the database, coordinating with coop agents to ensure times lines are met, provide weekly updates to clients, and more. Ideal candidates will have real estate and/or title company experience, contract knowledge, and customer service skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare contract packages for execution
• Manage the executed contract process thru closing
• Follow up to ensure inspections and appraisals have been met
• Communicate thru various portals and databases with sellers, title companies & asset managers
• Interact closely with members of staff, management, and realtors
Required Skills and Knowledge
• Valid FL Real Estate License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent listening, verbal and email communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be inquisitive
• Must have high energy, drive, and commitment
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
Additional Information
This position involves a professional dress code and a 40 hour work week. Performance-based compensation plan.
