Overall Job Summary

The Tello Team is currently seeking an Licensed Sales Person to fill a customer service and lead generation position.  This individual will report directly to the Inside Sales Director.  He/she will be responsible for selling to the company’s database of prospects, initiate relationships, qualify leads, set appointments and show property.  Ideal candidates will have some real estate experience with cold-call prospecting, contract knowledge, and customer service skills. This job requires someone with strong sales and customer service skills.  Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone and internet prospects

Identify and qualify prospects and set showing appointments

• Meet or exceed appointment quota through phone-based prospecting

• Prioritize time-management and multi-tasking responsibilities

• Interact closely with members of staff, management, and realtors

 

 Required Skills and Knowledge

• Valid Real Estate License
• Valid Driver’s License

• Previous cold calling experience required as well as proven lead generation success
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and goals
• Excellent listening, verbal and email communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be inquisitive
• Must have high energy, drive, and commitment 
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
 

Additional Information

This position involves a professional dresss code and a 40 hour work week. Performance-based compensation plan.
